Experimental IPA brewed with Mosaic, Galaxy, El Dorado and Amarillo hops, leaving it bursting with notes of berries and cut melon.

Experimental India Pale Ale brewed with Mosaic, Ella, and Galaxy hops for a smooth, citrus-forward taste and aroma.

Experimental India Pale Ale brewed with Huell Melon, Ella and El Dorado, then dry hopped with Ella. This batch is an example of our continuing exploration of the world of IPA. A new dry hopping technique extracts flavors and aromas of drippy honey dew, cantaloupe, and red raspberries. It’s sweetness is balanced by a dry finish.

Experimental India Pale Ale brewed with oats, Citra and Galaxy hops to bring notes of orange peel, papaya and undertones of melon.

Experimental IPA brewed with Simcoe, Citra hops and malted oats, lending to flavors of green melon, strawberry, and lemon-lime.
