Tours are available based on brewery operations and staffing availability.
I’m not certain how many people will be attending. What happens if fewer/more people show up than anticipated?
Our team will work with you and your guests on finalizing an estimated headcount. Prior to your event, our Event Coordinator will confirm a finalized Banquet Event Order (BEO) with you. In the event that more guests are in attendance than anticipated, Common Roots cannot guarantee any last minute increases to food order. In the event that the guest count decreases, the food and drink costs on the approved BEO will be the responsibility of the event organizer.
