Each batch uses different hops, ingredients and techniques to continually develop one of our favorite hop-forward beer styles.

001: Featuring Nelson Sauvin hops, the first 2022 iteration of Beta is bright and zesty with notes of white wine and lemon-lime soda pop. (Jan 2022)

002: Our second iteration of Beta features Citra, Simcoe and HBC-586 hops. (April 2022)

003: Brewed with CRBC-selected Mosaic, Citra and El Dorado hops atop an oat-heavy grist. Waves of Pineapple, Melon and Peach. (July 2022)

004: Brewed in collaboration with Willamette Valley Hops. Featuring HBC 1010, HBC 630, Eclipse and El Dorado Incognito. (Feb 2023)

005: Brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops and Country Malt Group. Features HBC 638 and Motueka hops. (March 2023)

006: West Coast IPA featuring NY state hops and advanced hop products from The Hop Guild. (March 2024)

007: Brewed with Gushers Terpenes and heavy-handed hop additions of Mosaic, Simcoe and Galaxy. (April 2024)
