2022: IPA brewed with Citra, Rakau, and Simcoe hops.

2023: DIPA brewed with Citra, Columbus and HBC638 hops.

2024: Italian-style Pilsner brewed with CMC Euro-Pils and hopped with Saphir & Hersbrucker.

2025: Kölsch-style Ale brewed with Pilsner malt and traditional German hops.
