Our Branched series explores the blending of unique beers that have been aged in various types of oak. This batch features a heavily wheated farmhouse ale with mixed culture secondary fermentation in our French oak puncheon. This beer brilliantly showcases the classic tart and complex flavor profile of wild fermentation and wood aging.
