Our Branched series explores the blending of unique beers that have been aged in various types of oak. This batch features a farmhouse ale with secondary fermentation on our house yeast via the solera method. Further conditioning for 6 months in our French oak puncheon yields a classic, lightly tart, earthy and complex Wild Ale.
