Each batch of our experimental Lager in Residence series highlights different ingredients and brewing techniques to continually develop one of our favorite crushable beer styles. Our third iteration is a Rice Lager brewed with locally foraged Staghorn Sumac, imparting subtle notes of citrus zest.
