At Common Roots Brewing Company, our mantra, “brewed with passion, rooted in community,” drives our brewing program. We craft exceptional craft beer using top-quality ingredients, and we bring that same standard to the products that our contract and co-packing partners trust us with. Our contract brewing and co-packing services give breweries, cideries, seltzer brands, and RTD producers a reliable way to grow and scale their brand without overextending.
Our Production Facility
The Common Roots 28,000 square foot facility in South Glens Falls, NY, is built for scale and consistency. Our brewhouse is a 30-barrel system, with fermentation vessels and brite tanks in 30, 60, and 90-barrel capacities. We also house a 3-barrel pilot system, providing our contract partners with real flexibility, whether you need a small pilot run or steady production volume.
Our canning line uses patented technology to reduce dissolved oxygen levels during packaging. Low DO means longer shelf life, better flavor stability, and a finished product that holds up on the shelf.

Common Questions About Contract Brewing and Copacking
What is the difference between contract brewing and copacking? Contract brewing usually means we produce your beverage from scratch, working from your recipe or developing one with you. Copacking typically means we package a finished product you bring to us, or finish and can a beverage we help produce. Many partners use a mix of both.
Can you produce hard seltzer and RTD cocktails? Yes. Our equipment and canning line are well suited for seltzers, RTDs, and other low-ABV canned beverages. Reach out and we can talk through your specs.
What size production runs do you handle? With 30, 60, and 90 barrel fermentation and brite tanks, we can scale runs to fit your needs. We work with smaller brands launching new SKUs and with established producers running steady volume. Ready to Drink Cocktails have lower minimums. Reach out to our team for more information.
Where are you located? Our facility is in South Glens Falls, NY, between Albany and the Adirondacks. We serve contract partners across New York, New England, and the broader Northeast.
