Our Branched series explores the blending of unique beers that have been aged in various types of oak. This batch features a heavily wheated farmhouse ale, passed through our coolship and aged for 18 months in our French oak foeder. This lightly tart offering shows notes of early season peach and apricot, lemon drop candies and fresh hay.
